  • Mr. Chu Siew Koon, the Executive Director of CRS Corporate Services Sdn Bhd, possesses over 40 years of experience in insolvency and corporate advisory services. 
  • He held the position of Executive Director at Deloitte Malaysia, overseeing the Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring department, and has worked at Price Waterhouse Malaysia and Arthur Andersen London in the past.
  • Mr. Chu has served as Special Administrator for Danaharta/Ministry of Finance, implementing workout proposals for various companies, including a public listing takeover by LBS Bina Berhad. He has also provided advice and structured debt restructuring schemes for property developers and public listed companies and played a major role in reviving significant property development projects in Malaysia, collaborating with companies like Hatten Group, CP Group, and NCT Group.
  • Additionally, Mr. Chu successfully negotiated and obtained creditor approval for a Statement of Proposal for a company under Judicial Management. He is a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association Malaysia.

Chu Siew Koon

  • Mr Wong Ching Yong is a Partner at DC Restructuring Solutions PLT with an impressive track record of over 38 years of experience in auditing, tax, and insolvency and corporate advisory services.
  • He was previously a partner at Crowe Horwath Malaysia and later established his own accounting firm, Wong Ching Yong & Co.
  • Throughout his career, Mr Wong has undertaken various assignments such as judicial management, receivership, and court-appointed liquidation, often involving shareholder disputes. He has also served as an expert witness in shareholder litigation cases and played a role in structuring and implementing Schemes of Arrangements to revive stalled property development projects for different property development companies.
  • Mr Wong is a licensed auditor and liquidator, and he has served as a council member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Malaysia. Currently, he is a member of both the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Malaysia (IPAM) and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).

Wong Ching Yong

  • The late Ms Dawn Chu was the Founder of DC Restructuring Solutions PLT. She possessed 20 years of experience in insolvency, corporate advisory services, and audit.
  • Ms Dawn had previously worked in prestigious corporations, namely, KPMG Malaysia, Ferrier Hodgson MH, and Ernst & Young UK, primarily in insolvency and restructuring. She later engaged in corporate finance work at a Bursa-listed company and had successfully managed and led notable insolvency assignments encompassing property development, retail, manufacturing, and transportation sectors.
  • She also played a crucial role in schemes of arrangements and Judicial Management, involved in formulating and implementing schemes, as well as serving as an advisor to the Purchasers’ Committee for scheme evaluation and negotiation.
  • Ms Dawn held the qualifications of a Chartered Accountant (ACCA) and a Masters in Business Law. She was a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Malaysia (IPAM) and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), and she was an Approved Liquidator designated by the Ministry of Finance Malaysia.
  • With her unfortunate and untimely passing, she has left behind a legacy that has continued to inspire her peers and fellow staff to carry on her fine work.  

Dawn Chu

  • Mr Christopher Lim is a Director of CRS Corporate Services Sdn Bhd, bringing over 30 years of experience in insolvency and corporate advisory services.
  • He has held positions at Deloitte Malaysia and Ferrier Hodgson MH as an Associate Director. Additionally, he has served as a financial controller and consultant for a public listed company.
  • Mr Christopher has successfully managed and led significant insolvency assignments involving property development, public transportation, financial management, debt restructuring, and negotiations. He has also played a pivotal role in structuring and implementing Schemes of Arrangements to revive stalled property development projects for various companies.
  • Mr Christopher holds the designation of a Chartered Accountant in Malaysia (MIA), Australia, and New Zealand (ICAANZ).

Christopher Lim

  • Mr Charles Lee is a Director at CRS Corporate Services Sdn Bhd, with over 35 years of diverse experience in auditing, insolvency, debt restructuring, and corporate management, particularly in the construction, engineering, and property development sectors.
  • Previously, he worked at Ernst & Whinney (predecessor firm of EY) and held senior management and directorial positions at a property development public listed company in Malaysia and an infrastructure engineering company in Thailand.
  • Mr Charles has been involved in managing and assisting clients operating under receivership, liquidation, and judicial management.
  • Notably, he had successfully completed the winding down process for two four-star hotels in Kuala Lumpur and Kuantan. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.

Charles Lee

  • Mr Ahmad Fuad Ali serves as the Project Director at CRS Corporate Services Sdn Bhd, bringing over 30 years of experience in consumer and corporate banking.
  • He has held various positions throughout his career, including Branch Manager, and his most recent role was Head of Islamic Banking and Bumiputera Development.
  • While working at Standard Chartered, he played a significant role in developing Islamic Banking products for the bank and possesses extensive knowledge of Islamic Banking practices, including loan documentation and customer securities.
  • Mr Fuad has been actively involved in strategizing and implementing revival plans for housing projects at CRS, which includes negotiating with end financiers, Bank Negara Malaysia, government authorities such as Jabatan Perumahan Negara, and local councils to obtain necessary approvals and concessions for the successful revival of various housing projects.
